The Unity On The Square music festival takes place on Saturday December 17 on Greenmarket Square in the Cape Town CBD.
Emo Adams, Mafikizolo, Jimmy Nevis, Salome, Youngsta CPT, Loukmaan Adams, Robin Pieters, David Kramer, Jarrad Ricketts, NV Funk, Tracey Lange, Terry Fortune, DJ Ready D, Berry, Crushanda Forbes, Mister Ice, Alistair Izobell, Quinton Mauels, Leslie Kleinsmith and Sylvia Mdunyelwa are on the line-up for the festival, which aims to promote a sense of unity, hope and love this holiday season.
Veteran artists including Terry Fortune, Leslie Kleinsmith and Omar Adams will be acknowledged for their contribution to the industry, says event organiser Shaakirah Adams.
There will be vendors throughout the day, including halaal food trucks. Gates open at 11am.
