Cape Town Opera welcomes three singers and pianist

Cape Town Opera (CTO) have welcomed three new singers and a pianist to the family. Nthombi Nkosi and Sasha Damons have joined the Cape Town Opera Chorus as mezzo-soprano and soprano respectively, while Sisikelelwe Mngenela, pictured, and Nathan Lewis have joined the Judith Neilson Young Artist programme as soprano and pianist respectively. Sisikelelwe and Nathan can be seen in Atlas of Remote Islands directed by Jackï Job, part of CTO’s current Short Festival, all operas of one hour or less, that is on at the Wave Theatre on 44 Long Street until Sunday March 16 with tickets through Webtickets.
