There is a lot of concern about Defence and Military Veterans Minister Nosiviwe Noluthando Mapisa-Nqakula not being fit to head the SANDF.
But I am still stuck on who in the first place delegated them (to use a military jet to fly an ANC delegation to Zimbabwe)? Did the president of the country delegate them without arrangement of the transport? Or did they travel without the president’s authorisation?
Who calls the shots?
The only thing they (delegation) should be worried about is the growing unemployment of the citizens of South Africa.
