Rising star Camagu proudly announced the release of her highly anticipated EP, Nqabashe, a soulful Amapiano project that honors her late grandfather's clan name.

This five-track EP showcases Camagu's unique sound, which blends traditional and modern elements. Featuring an all-female line-up of talented artists, including Asiphile Methuse, Anelisa N, UBusi Honey, and Ciphe Zote, "Nqabashe" is a celebration of women in music and a testament to Camagu's commitment to empowering female voices.

"I'm thrilled to share this project with the world," said Camagu. "Nqabashe is more than just an EP - it's a tribute to my heritage and a reflection of my journey as a woman and an artist."

With its infectious beats, soothing melodies, and uplifting lyrics, Nqabashe is set to captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression on the music scene.

“As Nina Simone and Mama Miriam Makeba once said, music reflects the times. I believe in this wholeheartedly. At this present moment, I feel my bond with my late grandfather growing stronger. Spiritually, he reveals himself in my dreams as my protector, fighting for me and expressing pride in the path I have chosen.

"With this project, I want to communicate to him that I see him, I appreciate him, and I ask him to continue guiding me toward my purpose. This is a joyful project for me, one that is very close to my heart,” said Camagu.
