The Khayelitsha Family Violence Child Protection Sexual Offences Unit is seeking public assistance in identifying the individual facing the camera in the picture above.
He is believed to have important information related to an investigation into a sexual assault case. The incident occurred at a fast food restaurant in Somerset West on Saturday, September 8, last year.
